Chip

Chip and Dale joined our family together. Compared to Coco, a big white rooster that’s been living with us and use to our company, Chip and Dale were small, fast, afraid of us, and fast to peck.

While Coco was allowed to roam free, we had to build Chip and Dale a private enclosure where they would have the space they need, as well as be protected from the wild animals. When the winter got too cold, we took them into the house and spent more time with them. Dale became a bit more friendly, Chip kept his fiery temper, true to the colour of his feathers.

After Coco and Dale passed, Chip became the „rooster of the house“. While often reluctant to be handled, he often enjoys human touch and company.
