Uško
Uško was saved by my older daughter from a neighbouring farm. One day she went to see the neighbours‘ and came back with a bucket with a baby rabbit. She was very proud about herself: „See, I can also save animals!“
She named him Čierne Uško (black ear). He was very cuddly and friendly. Since the house was already occupied by Zaja and Kimi, Uško became kind of a third wheel and a bit of an outsider and neither of them let him too close.
After Kimi’s passing, though, Zaja and Uško built a very close relationship. Never the same kind as Zaja and Kimi had, but a gentle love of two close friends. Sadly, not too long later, Uško also passed due to a brain tumour that was already inoperable when he got his diagnosis.
